What is the difference between forged and cast parts?
Forging shapes solid metal under force. Casting pours molten metal into a mould. Ask the shop which suits your part, metal and quantity.
How much does custom blacksmith work cost?
Cloverdale Forge, near Winnipeg, says most custom projects start at $700 and short handrails at $2,500. Ask for a quote on your design.
How long does a custom piece take?

Can a blacksmith repair old metalwork?
