What we collect, who sees it, how long we keep it and how to remove it.
When you send a request
What we collect: the job details and files you add, plus your name, email, phone, company and town.
Who sees it:
- Up to 3 shops: the ones you pick, or the ones we match to your job
- You, in the copy we email you
- Our own small team, to make sure it reached the shops
- If a matched shop has no email on file, our team phones that shop with your request
How long we keep it: 12 months, then we delete it. The file links shops get stop working after 30 days.
When you claim or add a shop
What we collect: your name, role, email and phone, and the changes you make to the profile.
Who sees it: profile details are public. That is the point. Your own contact details and the email that gets requests stay with us.
How long we keep it: claiming or adding a shop makes you a contact in our customer records. We keep you there as long as your shop is a contact. Profile changes stay on the profile while the shop is listed.
Shop profiles
We build profiles from public sources: the shop's own website and public records. We note each source and the date we read it.
A shop can ask us to fix or remove its profile or logo at any time.
Ask us to remove something
- Use the contact form and pick Remove my info
- Give the email you used, or your shop's email, so we can find it
- Say what to remove: a request, a claim or a whole profile
- We remove it within 30 days and reply to confirm
Other services we use
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks our forms for bots
- An email service sends requests and copies
- A cookie keeps shop owners signed in while they edit a profile
We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
