For welded structures built to CSA S16, the fabricator must be CWB certified in Division 1 or 2. Ask which division applies to the proposed work.
Send the floor area, the clear height, the load from your engineer and photos of the space. Say whether you need stairs and railings with it.
Ask the shop to separate fabrication, coating, delivery and installation. Confirm who supplies the engineered drawings and who checks the site measurements.
